Casey Key

Casey Key is a narrow, eight-mile strip of land just to the south of Sarasota and Siesta Key and to the north of Venice, Florida. Located between the Gulf of Mexico and Blackburn Bay, it is one of Florida’s most prestigious addresses. Nearly every house has a view of the Gulf and many gorgeous homes on Casey Key span from gulf-to-bay. On the bay side of the island, deepwater docks line the Intracoastal Waterway allowing easy access to the open seas.

Secluded, private, and refreshingly natural, Casey Key’s uncrowded shores are protected with natural bird habitats, sea oats, and mangroves. Zoning laws prevent high-rises or commercial development, so a drive or bike ride down winding Casey Key road reveals little more than small hotels, luxury residences, and vacation homes with views of water everywhere. Casey Key is truly a paradise found for beachcombing, swimming, fishing, boating, or simply relaxing in the ever-present Florida sun.
